These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ok786 platform, including the website, game lobby, sports betting section, live casino, VIP programme and all related services. • ok786 may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide these when requested may result in account suspension or withdrawal processing delays.
• You may not register or play on behalf of another person.
• Accounts registered using false information are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

All deposits and withdrawals on ok786 are processed in PKR. The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard and compatible mobile wallets.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ok786 balance after successful payment confirmation. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing time. ok786 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. You must complete any active bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing funds earned through a bonus. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically within 15–30 minutes
• Raast transfers: typically within 1–3 hours on business days
• Bank transfers: typically within 1–24 hours depending on receiving bank

ok786 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Large withdrawals — particularly jackpot wins exceeding standard daily limits — may be processed in multiple payments. The full amount owed is always paid.

ok786 offers a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers and other promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements and conditions published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. The general bonus rules below apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Accounts that have previously self-excluded or violated these terms are not eligible.
• A wagering requirement means you must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before the bonus funds (and any winnings generated by them) can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet. Table games and some Live Casino titles may contribute at a lower rate. Check the specific promotion for contribution rates.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

ok786's sports betting section covers cricket — including Pakistan internationals, PSL fixtures, T20 leagues — football, esports and other sports. All bets are subject to the following general rules.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ok786 reserves the right to refuse any bet without explanation.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules for that specific market as published in the betting section at the time the bet was placed.
• For cricket matches: if fewer than the minimum specified number of overs are completed in a match and it is declared a no-result, most match winner bets will be voided and stakes returned. Over-by-over and specific innings markets may be settled differently depending on how far play progressed.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted based on the live odds at the time of confirmation. Any bets placed after an event has concluded, or based on information not yet reflected in the odds, will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per player. These limits are set by ok786 and may vary by event and market type.
• ok786 does not accept bets from individuals with insider knowledge of an event's outcome.

The ok786 Live Casino section provides access to games hosted by live dealers via video stream. By participating in Live Casino games, you accept the following additional rules.

• All Live Casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Their game rules apply alongside ok786's terms.
• Technical issues during a live game — such as stream disconnection — are handled according to the specific game provider's rules. If a hand or round is incomplete due to a genuine technical fault, the bet will typically be voided and the stake returned.
• Chat functions within Live Casino games are subject to ok786's code of conduct. Abusive language directed at dealers or other players will result in chat privileges being removed and may result in account suspension.
• Live Casino game results are final once confirmed by the dealer and displayed on screen. ok786 does not reverse Live Casino results based on player disagreement with an outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ok786 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potentially being reported to relevant financial institutions:

• Creating multiple accounts to receive multiple welcome bonuses or other promotions.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any software designed to give an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players in poker or other multi-player games.
• Using ok786 to launder money or process the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Making deposits and requesting immediate withdrawals without genuine gameplay — commonly known as "chip dumping" or payment processor fraud.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet provider for deposits that were used for genuine play.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, glitches or display bugs to gain financial advantage. Any winnings generated through known or exploited technical errors will be voided.

You may close your ok786 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and your remaining balance paid out to your registered payment method, provided there are no active bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance.

ok786 may close or suspend an account at any time if we have reason to believe that:

• The account has been used in breach of these terms.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account has been used fraudulently or to facilitate illegal activity.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion and then attempted to circumvent it by opening a new account.

If ok786 closes an account due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be held pending investigation. Winnings generated through fraudulent play or bonus abuse will be forfeited. Genuine deposits that were not obtained through fraud will be returned after any investigation concludes.
